We source our products from official boutiques and authorised retailers and retain purchase documentation whenever available.

Sweden: approximately 2–4 business days after payment
Selected EU countries: approximately 3–8 business days
All shipments include tracking.
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
11. Delivery and Responsibility
We are responsible for arranging the delivery of your order to the delivery address or collection point specified during checkout.
If your order is delayed, damaged, lost, or otherwise affected during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the relevant delivery provider to investigate the matter and provide appropriate assistance in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

12. Return Conditions

13. Non-Returnable Items

Sealed products that have been opened

14. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Refunds are made using the original payment method whenever possible.
15. Complaints

16. Chargebacks
